CHELSEA NEWS: One investor looking to buy Chelsea opens up on plans

This week we are finally expecting things to heat up in the race to buy Chelsea Football club with the deadline day for final offers to go in fast-approaching.

Their are some very strong contenders, and it is The Ricketts Family Investment Group and Todd Boehly’s consortium who are largely being seen as the two main favourites to buy the club, and both have been growing in stature adding further investors to their groups over recent days and weeks.

Ricketts have added Dan Gilbert, who is the billionaire owner of NBA side Cleveland Cavaliers. He would come in with vast experience of winning and running a sports team and he believes that their group have a really good outlook for Chelsea.
