How Manchester United could line up if Brazilian star joins the club

Manchester United are close to signing Brazilian star Matheus Cunha from Atlético Madrid for around £50m, this is according to various media reports including the ever reliable Fabrizio Romano.

Cunha is a very agile striker. As such, he’s going to be very important for Erik Ten Hag‘s men.

In this article, we take a look at how the club could line up with the 23-year-old star. Check it out below:

In a potential 4-3-3 Formation, David De Gea is likely to keep his place in the goal.

Starting out in the defence should be the usual quartet of Harry Maguire, Raphael Varane, Luke Shaw and Diogo Dalot.

Eriksen could be deployed as a defensive midfielder once again while Bruno Fernandes and Fred take up the other two positions.

Cunha is better off as a striker, as such, he’ll be good in that position at Manchester United with the duo of Jadon Sancho and Rashford deployed as wingers.
