Kevin Campbell has suggested Liverpool will be at “the front of the queue” for Jude Bellingham next summer after Jurgen Klopp spoke publicly about the England star.
The former Arsenal striker, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, claimed the German boss has had the “inside scoop” from Borussia Dortmund about the 19-year-old’s availability.
As quoted by The Telegraph (11 July), Klopp revealed that Bellingham is “not on the market” this summer – something which he described as “the only problem with that player”.

The former Birmingham City star has reportedly been given a £101million price tag ahead of the summer window in 2023.
Football Insider reported earlier this year (22 April) that Dortmund have told the Reds that the midfielder is not for sale this summer but he remains a target.
Campbell suggested the England star will be a “better player” having had another year out in the Bundesliga.
When asked if Klopp has dropped a major hint about moving for Bellingham in 2023, he told Football Insider‘s Ewan Kingsbury: “I think Dortmund tend to sell one big player a year – and obviously this year it was Haaland.
“Jude Bellingham will be a better player for having been out in Germany for another year.
“Klopp likes him a lot, that’s obvious. If he comes on the market next summer, I’m sure Liverpool will be at the front of the queue to sign him.
“They’ve inquired, I’m sure, and Klopp has had the inside scoop from Dortmund – unfortunately he’s not available.”
Bellingham has already racked up 15 England caps since making his debut in 2020.
He has notched 10 goals and 18 assists across 90 appearances for Dortmund.
