Although Jesse Marsch’s men are on the same point with Burnley, who are eighteenth on the table; however, the Clarets are above them with superior goal difference.
With just three matches to go, the Elland Road outfit will need every point they can get in order to remain in the top flight.
On the other hand, Chelsea’s bid for a top four finish is being threatened by the likes of Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.
The Blues who are currently sitting third on the table, got back in contention for the top four after a string of poor performances in their recent matches.
Just last week, the Blues threw away a two-goal lead against Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Molineaux to draw the game, which sees the gap between them, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur reduce to just one and five points respectively.
Thomas Tuchel’s men need to win this match not only for the points but in order to psyche themselves up for the FA Cup final against Liverpool on Saturday.
