Chelsea could face one of the most difficult summers at the end of this season, with a lot of their players being speculated to want out of the club after the end of the current campaign, and their is no assurance that the incoming new owners would go on a wild spending spree to replace the departed players.
Chelsea has been a stronger team under the management of Thomas Tuchel, and has also attained success by winning three major trophies together with the German tactician so far, but some Chelsea players are opting for a move away from the club this summer.
The likes of Andreas Christensen, Antonio Rudiger, Jorginho, Marcos Alonso, Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech, Christian Pulisic, Romelu Lukaku, and Ross Barkley are the Chelsea players that has been speculated in the media to be considering a move away from the club at the end of this season, which could be for different reasons.

1. The Aim To Return To Former League
Some Chelsea players seem to have gotten to the point of their careers, where they fancy a return back to their former league or a return back to their home country league.
The likes of Marcos Alonso and Jorginho are reported to be interested in a return back to their home country leagues in the Spanish La liga and the Serie A respectively.
It is believed that Fc Barcelona are interested in signing Marcos Alonso this summer, and Juventus are also in the race to sign Jorginho.
Alonso and Jorginho both have one year left on their Chelsea contracts, which means they could be sold this summer, so as not to lose them for free in the summer of 2023.
2. Limited Team Involvement
This is probably the major reasons why a lot of Chelsea players has been linked with a summer move away from the club, which includes the likes of Romelu Lukaku who has failed to leave up to expectations since his last summer move to the club, Hakim Ziyech, Christian Pulisic, Ross Barkley, and Timo Werner who is just recently getting some game time.
All the above players are believed not to be happy with their current less participation in the team, and has been speculated to be willing to move to a new club at the end of this season.
Thomas Tuchel and the new Chelsea owners would need some convincing to be done, to keep some of these players at the club beyond the end of this season.
