REPORTS: Barcelona set to table €50million bid for Highly-rated striker

Catalan club, FC Barcelona have found themselves in a tight financial situation and are in need of funds to continue their rebuilding process with new manager Xavi Hernandez.

Xavi Hernandez has made two new additions to his team but is far from closing the curtains of his summer transfer business.

The former Barcelona player is keen on bringing highly-rated striker, Robert Lewandowski to Camp Nou.

According to reports, Barcelona are not relenting in their pursuit for the experienced striker. The Spanish club have tabled several bids for the services of the player but none has been termed sufficient enough by the German Champions.

Their third offer for the player was a fixed amount of €40 million plus possible add-ons but Bayern Munich want more and this could raise the price to €50 million.

In all of this, Robert Lewandowski still remains a Bayern Munich player but it is believed that the Polish striker is willing to leave this summer since he has openly declared his intentions to leave.
