REPORTS: Inter Milan turn down Paris Saint-German’s opening bid for €80m rated defender Skriniar

Inter Milan have turned down opening bid from Paris Saint-German for Milan Skriniar for €50 million. PSG wanted to include one player in the deal, but Inter are not interested. Inter have made it clear that they won’t accept anything less than the €80 million price tag on the defender.

The Slovakia International played a crucial and key role for Inter last season. Inter lost the league to their neighbors Milan but they finished the campaign with two domestic trophies. They won both the Coppa Italia and the Italian Super Cup.

The 27-year-old center-back was in heart of defense for Inter last season. He made 48 appearances in all competitions for the Seria A side last season, registering four goals in the process. He completed 58 blocks and 38 interceptions for Inter in the Seria A.

With Skriniar deemed to be a priority target for PSG this summer, it is expected that they will return with an improved offer. Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are also in interested in the defender.
