The Premier League giants have been in a good run of form for the most part of the 2021/2022 season and are currently occupying the 2nd position on the Premier League table.
Coupled with that, Liverpool have also lifted the Carabao Cup and the English FA Cup under manager Jurgen Klopp this season as a result of their impressive form.

The experienced centre-back was heavily involved for Liverpool during the 2020/2021 season where he scored one goal and created one assist in 20 appearances in all competitions.
Nathaniel Philips was then sent out on loan to Championship side Bournemouth where he has impressed so far this ongoing 2021/2022 season, playing 22 matches and helping Bournemouth secure promotion back to the Premier League.
His excellent performances while on loan at Bournemouth is believed to have impressed the Bournemouth board and according to reports from The Sun, the newly-promoted side want to sign Nathaniel Philips on a permanent deal.
The reports further claimed that Bournemouth want to keep Nathaniel Philips at the club for longer and are now preparing a bid worth up to £8million to sign him from Liverpool.
But then, it remains to be seen if Liverpool football club will be willing to do business with Bournemouth and offload Nathaniel Philips for £8million when the transfer window opens.
