REPORTS: The striker that would be the best replacement for Lukaku at Stamford Bridge

After a disappointing return to London, Romelu Lukaku could be on his way out of Stamford Bridge this summer.

The Belgian forward has gone from being the mainstay of Inter Milan’s title triumph to being a peripheral figure for an ailing Chelsea.

The 28-year-old attacker has yet to repay the €113 million transfer fee paid by Chelsea last summer. The Belgian forward has made 40 appearances this season, recording twelve goals and two assists.

The Striker the blues should look to replace Romelu Lukaku with in my honest opinion is Napoli forward and Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen.

This season, the Nigeria international has been a revelation for Napoli, scoring 17 goals and assisting six in 29 appearances.

Victor Osimhen has been linked to a number of clubs, including Arsenal, Manchester United, and Newcastle.

However, given their ability to attract big-name players, I believe the Blues will bulldoze their way through and bring the Nigerian forward to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea may face a difficult task in luring Victor Osimhen, as Napoli may capitalize on the interest of other Premier League clubs and raise their asking price.
