This transfer window has not been favorable to Chelsea as most of the players they have gone for were being hijacked by Barcelona and other clubs. Here are 10 players who rejected Chelsea to sign for another club:

The Manchester City man turned down a move to return back to Chelsea and decided to remain at the Etihad.

He is one of the players they are so interested in signing but the new PSG coach have disclosed that the French defender is part of his plans and he is going nowhere.
