Tension at Camp Nou As Barcelona Star Threatens to Leave Club if They Sign Bernardo Silva From Manchester City

According to Barca Universal, Gavi has already told Xavi that he won’t be renewing his contract with Barcelona in the event that the Catalans sign Bernardo this summer.

Gavi is worried he might now get too many game-time opportunities if the Portugal midfielder is brought to Camp Nou as the squad is already filled with gifted talents in that position.

 

While Frenkie de Jong starts with Pedri and Sergio Busquets, with Nico Gonzalez and Miralem Pjanic also in the running, Barcelona has also signed Franck Kessie this summer, who will likely fight with Gavi for the backup midfield position.

Meanwhile, Barcelona giants have set a deadline to try and get a deal done for Frenkie de Jong in time to register new signings Football London reports.
