The transfer window is already buzzing at the moment with many deals sealed and many more to come. We take a run down on which type of players clubs in English Premier league needs to sign.
1. Arsenal Football Club: the Gunners narrowly missed out on UEFA Champions league qualification last season and will hope to do better by making huge investment in the summer. Despite signing 19 year old Marquinhos few days ago the London based club will need to sign a prolific and experienced striker like Osimhen and they need to sign a Central Defensive Midfielder who can partner or deputise Thomas Partey in the midfield. The Gunners struggled greatly towards the end of the season after the Ghanian got injured.
2. Tottenham Hotspur: Tottenham Hotspur has a formidable attacking structure. They have also agreed a deal with Brighton and Hove Albion to sign Yves Bissouma who is a good and formidable midfielder. Tottenham Hotspur will now look to strengthen their Right Full Back position. Emerson Royal has proved that he is not dependable in the current Tottenham Hotspur set up.
3. Liverpool FC: Liverpool football club are almost certain to land highly rated Uruguay striker, Nunez from Benfica. He will come in as a replacement for Sadio Mane. Liverpool FC actually looks like a perfect team but they are not. The team has just 1 natural winger in the team which is Salah and they need to sign another.
4. Manchester City: the English Premier league champions has already signed a good striker in Erling Haaland. They now need to sign a left full back since Mendy has been suspended due to an alleged sex scandal. They also need to sign a Defensive Midfielder who will replace Fernandinho whose contract ended after last season.
5. Chelsea football club: The Blues must sign a new Center Forward since Lukaku whom they signed for a club record fee couldn’t live up to expectation and Timo Werner has been inconsistent. Chelsea football club also need to sign at least 2 Center Backs to replace the outgoing Azpilicueta, Christensen and Rudiger who has joined Real Madrid. Chelsea football club also need to sign a Right full back to deputise Reece James since Azpilicueta is leaving.
6. Manchester United: They need a whole lot of positions to add players to. First, they should sign a second center forward since Cristiano Ronaldo is the only natural striker in the team. They need to sign another midfielder most preferably, a Central Defensive Midfielder. The club needs to sign another Center Back since Eric Bailly is expected to leave the team. A big name is not expected since Harry Maguire and Raphael Varane will partner next season. Also, the club should consider signing a Right Full Back and a Left Full Back since Wan Bissaka and Luke Shaw have not been performing as expected.
