The 2021/2022 European Football season is gradually coming to a close with lots of the leagues already decided and the cup competitions finals already set.

The Legendary Italian Manager easily makes it to this list. Ancelotti has been nothing short of impressive in his management and handling of Real Madrid this season. Leading them to the La liga title and possibly the UCL if they beat Liverpool in the final.

2. Jurgen Klopp

If Liverpool win all the trophies they are trying to win before the season ends, then Klopp easily wins the Coach of the year, such as been his brilliant management of Liverpool this season. The Reds are already Carabao cup Champions and are now in both the FA cup and UCL final while they are also chasing down Man City for the EPL title.

3. Thomas Tuchel

The German Manager has handled Chelsea very well in what has been a tough season both on and off the pitch. Chelsea have been inconsistent all season but could end the season with 3 trophies. They have already won the Uefa Super cup and FIFA club World cup and could end the campaign as FA cup winners if they beat Liverpool.

4. Stefano Pioli

The Italian is a relatively unknown Manager who has done wonders at Ac Milan this season. Pioli is close to leading the Italian club to their first Serie A title in over 10 years while also managing Players like Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Olivier Giroud in his team.

5. Pep Guardiola

If he leads Manchester city to win the EPL title again this season, Guardiola will become the first Manager since Sir Alex Ferguson to win the EPL in three consecutive seasons. Although he flopped yet again in the UCL with City, Guardiola has still had a good season.
